FORGOT USERNAME/PASSWORD FOR THE STUDENT PORTAL

Error Message:
Either your user name or password is not correct. Please try again!

Solution:
Be sure that you have typed your login name and password correctly.
Your username is your Student ID number and your password is your birthdate (MMDDYY: ex. 010199)

Error Message:
Your user account has been disabled!

Solution:
Send an email to the Parent Portal Help desk to reset your username/password. Include your name and the school you attend.
