I am Cynthia (Cindy) Rapp, School Psychologist at Belle Creek Charter.
I graduated from Northern Colorado University in 2016. I have been in the education field for 18 years. Prior to graduating from UNC, I held a Master’s degree in Special Education from Old Dominion University in Virginia. As a special education teacher at the elementary and middle school grades, I specialized in specific learning disabilities and emotional disabilities.
My belief of individual and personal success has driven me as a school psychologist to support and guide students to believe and succeed in themselves.
I moved to Colorado in 2012 after many years of visiting and enjoying the great Colorado outdoors and people.
