We are rapidly approaching TCAP (formerly CSAP) testing for students in grades third through eighth. Here are some PDF documents to look over to help answer any questions and to help prepare your child(ren) for the upcoming tests.
This time, each year, our administrative staff and board of directors start to plan for the next school year. It is important to start to get an approximation of the total number of students that will be returning for the 2012-2013 school year. This helps us to determine our enrollment numbers and how to properly spend in the upcoming budget. We ask that you take a few minutes to complete the Intent To Return form. You can either print it out and return it to us or simply download the Word document, complete it, and then email back to Ms. Sievers.

If District 27J elects to run their buses on a 2-hour delay due to the weather, you may receive an automated call informing you of the delay. Since Belle Creek Charter does not run buses and parents need to get to work BCCS will not follow the 2-hour delay schedule. BCCS will run on our normal schedule.
If school is closed due to inclement weather it will be announced on 9-News, the 9-News website, BCCS website and you will receive an automated call. If school is canceled all after school activities are canceled.

School dismisses at 3:20 pm for Kindergarten and 1st grade and 3:30 pm for 2nd-8th grade students. You must pick-up your child(ren) at this time unless they are enrolled in the Before/After Program, Springboard, or involved in a school sponsored activity.
Staff is on duty until 3:45 pm. After 3:45 pm there is no adult supervision on the playground and students must be out of the building. If you can not pick-up your child(ren) at the appropriate time we have two programs for your convenience. If you need assistance in enrolling your child in one of these programs please call the front office at 303-468-0160
