What does BCCS PTO do?

BCCS PTO's purpose is to provide support to the students, staff and families of Belle Creek Charter School, through community events and fundraisers.

Events and fundraisers include:
  • Field Trips
  • Classroom Supplies
  • Trunk or Treat
  • Spirit Nights
  • En of Year Carnival
  • 8th grade yard signs
  • Kindergarten Fairytale ball
  • And so much more!

PTO Meetings

We invite every parent, guardian, and teacher of Belle Creek Charter School community to attend PTO meetings.

 

The PTO meetings will be on a Monday once a month in person at the Belle Creek Family Center or via Zoom.

Upcoming events

September 28 - October 23: Candy Drive
LET THE CANDY COUNTDOWN BEGIN! We’re collecting bags of candy to help make our Trunk or Treat a sweet success! Families can drop off donations at the front office or with their homeroom teacher.

Each week, PTO will tally the candy collected and share a weekly classroom tracker so everyone can see which class is leading the candy challenge! 🏆 And the winning classrooms will celebrate with a DONUT & JUICE PARTY!

October 5th : PTO Meeting
Join us for this months PTO meeting from 4:15 to 5:00pm at the Belle Creek Family Center.  We would love to see you and hear your suggestions, feedback and are always welcoming new members.
 
October 23: Treat yourself. No tricks! PTO Beverage cart
Our PTO Beverage cart is coming to afternoon pickup! Stop by, grab a delicious drink, and give yourself a little pick-me-up before heading into the rest of your afternoon. Pre-order and pick up when the bells rings at 11:30 am. 
 
October 23: Subway Spirit Night!
Join PTO at Belle Creek Subway anytime between 9am-9pm for Spirit night. Mention the Belle Creek fundraiser at checkout and Subway will give back 20% of all fundraiser purchases.
 
October 24: Trunk or Treat

Get ready for a spooktacular night of family fun! BCCS PTO is partnering with the Belle Creek Family Center and hosting a family friendly Trunk or Treat from 2:00pm-5:00pm in the Belle Creek parking lot. Featuring FREE candy, hot chocolate, and a costume contest! Come dressed in your favorite costume, visit the creatively decorated trunks, and enjoy a fun evening with our school community! Trunks still needed, sign up to host your own trunk!

Joining the PTO means you have a voice and you get to help make Belle Creek Charter School a place where kids and parents feel like they belong.
 
Our success is dependent on community involvement and parent/teacher participation. We would love to see as many of you involved as possible.
 
No experience needed.
 
No minimum hours. Commit as much or as little time as you’d like.
