About Me:

Hello All - 

 

Most of you may know me as Ms. Ericka. I have had the honor and opportunity to serve our students, families, community members, and staff at Belle Creek Charter School since its opening in 2003. 

 

I began with our school as the Student Service Coordinator, working on enrollment, attendance, office reception, and as a backup in the health office. I formally served as the BCCS Cheerleading Coach from 2004 to 2019.

I am working with our Administrative Team as an Executive Administrative Coordinator, serving as administrative support for the school Leadership Team. 

My responsibilities include:

  • Business Management, where I work with our school's Accounting team to support the school's finances and resources. 
  • Ensuring that all the school's operations run smoothly.
  • Assisting our Human resources team with payroll and benefits management. 
  • Provide hiring support, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating candidate interviews. I also assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Serve as a liaison with our before and after-school programs and the Belle Creek Community.  
  • Marketing Coordination.
  • Board of Directors Support.

Additionally, I assist students, staff, and community members whenever and wherever needed. Please feel free to contact me if you need any support, as my utmost priority and passion is to serve others. That is what truly fulfills me and gives me a sense of purpose in my work.

 

On a personal note, I have been married for 30 years and a mother to two amazing people, both of whom attended Belle Creek through 8th Grade and my sweet pug-a-poo Archie. 

If I am not working, you will find me with my family, gardening, reading, crafting, playing with my pup, or somewhere outdoors (wishing I was fishing).
