Please submit records requests in writing to:

Requests need to include: 
    • Student Name
    • Student Date of Birth
    • Records being requested
 
For Special Education records please contact District 27J. A request can be submitted by completing a Special Education Records Request Form.
 
 
Records will not be released to the next school until all past fees are paid.
