Lottery and Enrollment Information
The lottery for the 2025-2026 school year has been completed.
Applications will now be accepted in the order they are received.
Belle Creek Charter School will hold an annual lottery on February 15th to determine student enrollment for the following school year.
If the number of applications exceeds the available seats, a lottery will take place. The lottery will be conducted in the Belle Creek Charter School office at 9:00 AM and is open to the public. Each student will be assigned a number, and the selections will be made using an online randomizer.
Families will be notified by phone or email if their student's name is drawn in the lottery, along with their placement on the waitlist. Families may call at any time to inquire about their student's waitlist position. If a seat becomes available, the next student on the waitlist will be notified and given the opportunity to accept the spot and enroll. The student next in line will be contacted if the family does not accept the opening.
All applications received after the lottery date will be placed on the waiting list and accepted in the order in which they were received.
Belle Creek Charter School accepts students based on the following order:

- Current BCCS In-District Students (residing in School District 27J)
- Current BCCS Out-of-District Students (residing outside of School District 27J)
- New In-District Students (residing in School District 27J)
- Students of Employees (children of employees working directly for Belle Creek Charter School--no more than 5%)
- New Out-of-District Students (residing outside of School District 27J)

- copy of parent/guardian ID
- legal paperwork, if applicable
