Introduction
Hello! I am excited to start the 2026/2027 school year!
I have been in education for more than 20 years, serving as an educator for 16 years, teaching 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 7th grade. I am currently beginning my fifth year as the Dean of Curriculum and Instruction, serving as an instructional coach, as well as the School Assessment Coordinator. I earned my bachelor's degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver and my master's degree in Reading/Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University.
I have a deep passion for education and believe strongly in advocating for both students and educators. In my current role, I support teachers, students, and families by providing curriculum support, helping address student and school needs, and coordinating school and district assessments throughout the year.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors, especially camping and participating in outdoor sports. I believe that strong communication and collaboration are essential to student success, so please don't hesitate to reach out if I can support you in any way. I look forward to partnering with you throughout the school year!
