Payment

There are two options to pay for school breakfast and lunch:

Pay online:

The most convenient way to make a payment is through the online payment system: PaySchools Central. Please be aware that payments can take up to 24 hours to post to your child's account.

Pay with cash or check at the school:

Payment can be made at the school with cash or check. Please make checks payable to BCCS Nutrition Services. Please include your student's name and grade on the memo line. Payments should be made in the cafeteria.

Returned check policy:
If a check is returned from the bank the check writer will be required to redeem the returned check with cash or money order at the school kitchen. You can also make a payment on payschoolscentral.com. Accounts with a returned check will be denied use of further checks until the payment has been covered in full. If there is a second returned check, checks will not be accepted.

Refunds:
To receive a refund from your student's lunch account, please submit a request in writing to the Kitchen Manager, Jan Banta or to Shannon Bonino using the Refund Request Form.

Refunds under $20 will be issued by the Kitchen Manager, Jan Banta. A check will be issued for all refunds over $20. Refunds will take 2-3 weeks to process and issue the refund.
